Information You Submit
Search terms
A name, place, or other text entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Eureka County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Websites Outside Our Control
Links may lead to CitizenRIMS, Nevada S.A.V.E., courts, sheriff and corrections pages, federal locators, or private search providers. Once you leave this site, the destination’s privacy terms control its collection and use of information.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. That tracking occurs under their controls and policies, not as a database maintained by Eureka County Recent Arrests.

These requests concern information held by this site. Nevada public records held by ECSO or another agency must be addressed to that custodian under its rules and, where applicable, Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 239.
