Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Eureka County Recent Arrests. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Eureka County Recent Arrests is privately owned and has no affiliation with a sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, or government body. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers services covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site helps visitors locate Eureka County and Nevada arrest and custody resources. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Website

This is a private reference site with no authority to act for Eureka County or Nevada. It stores no official arrest, jail, or court records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court document for a visitor.

Its pages point toward CitizenRIMS, Nevada S.A.V.E., NDOC, courts, federal locators, and third-party research tools. Each source remains responsible for its own records and services.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

  • Break any applicable law while accessing or using the site
  • Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person
  • Use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited decision
  • Try to enter accounts, servers, or systems without permission
  • Operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools
  • Interfere with the site or prevent others from using it

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use site information for:

  • Employment, hiring, discipline, or termination decisions
  • Tenant, rental, or other housing screening
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links and Outside Services

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, booking feeds, custody systems, court resources, legal-aid sources, federal locators, and private search services. A link does not imply endorsement. We do not control a destination’s content, uptime, data handling, price, or terms, so review its policies before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that:

  • Any item is accurate, complete, or current
  • The site will remain continuously available
  • The site will be free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
  • A partner search will be complete or return a useful match

Custody and public records can change at any time. Nothing here is an official statement by ECSO, Eureka County, Nevada, or another agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eureka County Recent Arrests and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, use of, or reliance on the site or an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless stated otherwise, the site’s text, graphics, logos, arrangement, and code belong to Eureka County Recent Arrests or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or modify those materials without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A new version becomes effective when it is posted on this page, and continued use after posting means that the new version applies.

Ending or Restricting Access

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Nevada Governing Law

Nevada law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within Nevada.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain effective. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it valid and enforceable.
